ESCI, in collaboration with Google for Education: Certified Educator Training Programme
Dear Teachers,
ESCI, in collaboration with Google for Education, will be delivering a Certified Trainer Programme for nominated Education Centre tutors. During this program, nominated tutors will receive training to complete the Google Certified Educator Level 1,Level 2and then Certified Trainer assessments. Vouchers for all assessments will be included.
Tutors who complete the training will then be certified to deliver workshops to teachers through their local Education Centre. Centres can use local course funds to deliver these workshops for teachers, beginning September 2022. We are seeking three teachers to participate in this training. To be eligible for the training, teachers must be currently using Google for Education in their schools using their school domain, and must give a commitment to deliver workshops for their local Education Centre.
The training will take place as follows:
- 6 weeks: February 28th - April 9th
- 6-hour minimum commitment (1 hour per week)
You will have the following time slots as options (you only need to attend one slot each week, and can be flexible across weeks):
Mondays 4:30-5:30pm
Wednesdays 7-8:00pm
Thursdays 4-5:00pm
- There will be additional optional support hours to guide you on your journey.
