This one-hour online course seeks to explore the use of visual and environmental supports with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
This webinar will explore the use of visual and environmental supports with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Dr. Griffin will focus on evidence-based approaches for the effective use of visual supports with children with SEN. Sample approaches will include task analysis, the prompting hierarchy and the use of visual supports to promote positive behaviour and self-regulation in children. A broad range of supports will be explored, with the aim of providing greater structure for children with SEN and aiding them to engage in more independent functioning.
This online course is aimed at teachers, special needs assistants & parents.
