Supporting Primary Schools with Learners at Very High Risk to COVID 19
This webinar is aimed at principals, class teachers and SEN teachers that have pupils enrolled in their school that have been medically certified as being at very high risk to Covid 19.
The purpose of the webinar is to bring all of the supports that are currently available to schools with VHR pupils into one place, and present a repository of supports to schools.
The webinar will be presented by the Education Support Centres of Ireland (ESCI) with contributions from a representative of the Inspectorate, NCSE, NEPS and PDST.
Each support service will make a brief presentation giving information on;
1. Their direct point of contact for these schools.
2. The type and area of support each group can offer.
3. What happens when a request for support is made.
The webinars will be followed up with a webpage with all the details of the supports presented at the webinar to be housed on all Education Centre Websites and an FAQ sheet that will answer questions schools have from the webinar.
The webinar will be recorded and will be available to you on request from your local Education Centre.
