Mindfulness pioneer Derval Dunford has helped 30,500 people since 2006. Her work has been endorsed by healthcare professionals internationally. She produced the first commercial mindfulness CD in Ireland in 2008, co-produced Ireland’s first mindfulness online course for school teachers in 2011 (sanctioned by the Dept of Education & Skills), co-produced the world’s first children’s mindfulness CD in Irish, and (as far as she is aware) the first yoga nidra track in Irish. Derval has worked with HSE staff for 10 years and been supporting frontline workers since the start of the COVID19 crisis.
