Managing Behaviour in the Primary Classroom Webinar
Rescheduled to the 22nd of March as a Webinar
All behaviour is communication and feelings drive behaviours. This face to face experiential workshop will outline ways in which we can respond to the behaviour, rather than react. It will discuss how to build consistent boundaries and give a feeling of safety and trust, so the children can thrive in the classroom environment.
There will be discussion on Gary Landreth’s A.C.T Model to help to deal with big feelings and Dr. Dan Siegel’s “Name it to Tame it”. It will give ideas for supporting regulation, so you can establish a safe learning environment that will help all of the children flourish. You will go away with actionable strategies, tools and advice to enhance your teaching and your relationship with the children.
