A pioneer in Breathwork and Mindfulness, Derval has worked with 35,000 people since 2006, 9000 of those were primary school teachers online. She has visited classrooms nationally, and presented at national education conferences. In 2020 Derval was commissioned to provide the wellbeing aspect of HSE’s training for frontline staff in Mayo & Roscommon. She has worked with HSE staff since 2010.
