SNA Wellbeing & Resilience: Approaches from Positive Psychology
The Covid19 crisis has brought so much unexpected change and uncertainty to education, and to the role of SNAs in particular. It is now more important than ever to focus on well-being and resilience. If we don’t replenish and restore ourselves, we may quickly become depleted and emotionally exhausted.
The field of Positive Psychology (the science of well-being) can provide SNAs with many skills and strategies to help to develop the resilience needed at this time, to feel strong and equipped to face the current and future challenges.
