Transforming Conflict in Schools: A Practical Approach

Join Sorcha Mallen, founder of Rooted Resolutions, grounded in the CINERGY Conflict Coaching model, and the principles of Authentic Relating for a dynamic 1 hour interactive online training session specially tailored for school deputy principals.  This brief session aims to provide practical tools to help deputy principals feel equipped and confident to proactively manage teams and staff and handle conflict in a healthy and productive way.  It will offer practical, accessible tools to strengthen connection, build resilience, and increase confidence when addressing conflict.

Participants will be introduced to the five pillars of Authentic Relating and explore how these can be brought into the school environment to prevent, intervene in, and repair conflict. The session will also include an introduction to the Connect and Grow Model—a practical framework for structuring challenging conversations and guiding meaningful repair. This training supports the creation of school cultures rooted in trust, repair, and wholehearted relationships.
